Roxy is an Exercise Physiologist, competitive bodybuilder, personal trainer, and strength coach with over 25 years of experience helping people transform their bodies, health, confidence, and mindset through strength training and disciplined coaching. She earned her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Virginia Commonwealth University and holds certifications through National Strength and Conditioning Association and American College of Sports Medicine. At 67 years old, Roxy continues to train and compete in bodybuilding while pursuing her IFBB Masters Pro Card, proving that strength, discipline, and resilience do not have an expiration date. Roxy is the founder of Roxy’s Pretty Vicious Fitness — a results-driven coaching brand built around empowerment, accountability, hard work, and authenticity. Her coaching philosophy is simple: results come from consistency, structure, effort, and refusing to settle for excuses. Unlike cookie-cutter fitness programs, Roxy believes every client deserves individualized coaching based on their goals, lifestyle, limitations, and experience level. Whether someone is just beginning their fitness journey or pushing toward advanced goals, her mission is to help clients become stronger physically and mentally while building confidence that carries into every part of life.
